Staff is friendly and they are efficient. When they tell you how long an appointment lasts, it is that long. You also don't have to wait very long! It has been a smooth process!
One of my brackets did not stay glued on today after getting them out on- my mom called them and they immediately got me right back in and fixed it quickly.
